Idea Frames's sketch

A new design and home furnishings shop in Tokyo's otesando Hills shopping complex. This shop design serves as a frame in which to present the shop's design products, and the wide variety of products and brands creates another intricate, invisible "frame" inside the open, airy space. We sliced thin pieces from the ends of plywood sheets of different cknesses, and applied these pieces to the edges of shop fixtures to eate a visual "frame" inside the shop. The end pieces appear to have different thicknesses and weights, bringing an illusionistic depth and texture to the space.
